[Academic] April/May 2018 Invigilation Timetable - *** NEW PEOPLE ADDED ***

Dear All

Thank to everyone who confirmed their slots.  I still have 3 slots to fill and if you could help fill these slots it would be very much appreciated.  The slots I am having difficult filling are:

Reserve Invigilator - 09:30-11:00 on Wednesday 25th April
Invigilator - 09:30-12:30 on Friday 27th April
Invigilator - 09:30-11:30 on Friday 27th April

Dear All

Please find attached the latest update of the invigilation timetable.  Again thanks to those who have kindly confirmed their slots.  There are still some slots that have not been confirmed.   I am sorry but I have had to add some additional staff to slots due to lack of staff availability.  Please can I ask you to kindly check the timetable  for the changes/additions  made in blue and confirm your slots by noon  tomorrow.  If I do not hear from you by then, I will assume you are happy with your slots or that you will find a replacement.
