[Academic] Visit of Prof. Carla Molteni

Dear colleagues,

Prof. Carla Molteni from King’s College in London, an expert in atomistic simulations applied to materials and biological systems
and in research at the interface of physics, with chemistry, material science and biology, will visit the Department on Wednesday 18
April 2018. Carla will give the Departmental colloquium at 3 pm on "Order-disorder Interplay in Nanocrystals under Pressure”.

I am organising Carla’s vist to the Department on Wednesday morning and early afternoon. Please let me know if you have time
and interest to introduce your research activities and laboratories to Carla. Carla works in the same Department of Prof. Klaus
Suhling, one of our external examiners and long term friend of our Department.
