[Academic] PH450: Needed, More Projects!

Dear All,

Subsequent to the first round of 4th year project allocations and feedback I have received, it looks as if we will have a deficit of projects for students in the 2nd round of allocations.

Hence, I am strongly requesting new projects to be added to the 2nd round list of projects, especially from potential supervisors with 0 or 1 project students at 4th and 5th year [1]. In the interests of equability, I do not want to assign new students to those already with multiple project students when there are eligible supervisors without students.

[1] Some staff have informed me of additional teaching and administrative loads taken on this year and this has been taken into account in the allocations.
