[Academic] Viva times

Dear All,

Please find attached a copy of the viva timetable reflecting changes and also room locations. Once the students have uploaded their reports I will send onto you. The vivas are arranged for 1 hr and the students will be asked to turn up at 10 minutes past the hour. Please ensure that report marks are sent to the viva chair before the viva and use the 10 minutes before the student arrives to address any significant differences in marks (>10%).The supervisor should also bring the mark associated with the student’s work on the projectto the viva. I will circulate the marking scheme nearer the time.
