Call for Level 1-5 exams, DEADLINE MONDAY 4TH FEBRUARY 2019



Please find attached the call for May 2019 exam diet. Note there are changes to the procedure from last year, so please read these new documents carefully.



Please can you send me your draft questions for formatting in good time for the deadline.  These should NOT be submitted by e-mail except in exceptional circumstances. Instead please save to the correct location for the exam on the I drive. If this is not possible please consult myself or Kevin for alternative submission methods.



Please provide solutions, preferably clearly handwritten and scanned, indicate seen / seen-similar / unseen.



Please ensure that you fill in the attached checklist and return it to me with your exam papers.



PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE FORMAT OF YOUR EXAM HAS CHANGED YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE STUDENTS WITH A MOCK PAPER.  This is likely to be true of level 4 classes this year which are moving to a 'no-choice' basis for sections B, C etc. this year.



NOTE ALSO: Registry's deadline is VERY tight this spring- there is almost no flexibility in this schedule.
