[Academic] April/May 2019 Exam Invigilation Timetable

There are still some slots that I am struggling to fill.  Please let me know if you can do any of the following slots:

PH351 Thursday 18 April (09:30-12:30) - 2nd invigilator
PH560 Thursday 25 April (09:30-12:30) - 1st invigilator and a reserve
PH357/378 Monday 29 April (09:30-1:00) - 1st invigilator and a reserve
PH457 Wednesday 1 May (09:30-12:30) - reserve
PH259/279 Friday 3 May (09:30-11:00) - 2nd invigilator
PH252/272 Tuesday 7 May (09:30-11:30) - reserve
PH553/956 Tuesday 7 May (09:30-12:30) - 1st invigilator
PH167 Wednesday 15 May (09:30-11:30) - reserve

Dear All

Please find attached the latest update of the invigilation timetable.  Many  thanks to those who have kindly confirmed their slots.  There are still some slots that have not been confirmed.   The confirmed slots are highlighted in yellow, unconfirmed are not highlighted.  I have added any changes/additions in green.   Please can I ask you to kindly check the timetable  for the changes/additions  made and confirm your slots by noon  tomorrow.  If I do not hear from you by then, I will assume you are happy with your slots or that you will find a replacement.

Please find attached the examination timetable for the April/May 2019 diet with a first stab at invigilation duties.
I would be grateful if you could confirm your slot(s) as soon as possible.  If you are unavailable for your allocated slot,  I will try to find a replacement.  Please send me your responses as soon as possible, but no later than Friday 15th March 2019.
