[Academic] New Costing Tool - Procedure Update

Hi

Most of you will have been through the training and will have access to the new costing tool on FMS.

Can I please remind you to follow departmental procedure and contact me prior to submission.  This is now even more important as I do not get alerts of any kind.  This will be rectified in due course but may take a while.

If you do submit, I will have no way of knowing and no way of informing Gail to authorise.  This will cause a delay to your application and worse case we could miss the deadline.  To avoid this all you need to do is let me know you are ready to submit and I will check the application.
