Dear HoD
We launched the Careers in Research Online Survey (CROS) and the Principal Investigator and Research Leader Survey (PIRLS) on Monday 25th March 2019 at the University of Strathclyde.
CROS is a biannual, national survey which enables us to gather anonymous data about working conditions, career aspirations and career development opportunities for research staff working at Strathclyde and compare these across the UK higher education sector.
PIRLS is a biannual, national survey that enables us to capture the anonymous views and experiences of principal investigators (PIs) and research leaders working at Strathclyde and compare these across the UK higher education sector.
Please could you encourage staff in your department to complete the appropriate survey as a high response is necessary to obtain robust results. Last year we had a 30% response rate for CROS and 29% for PIRLS and we would like to exceed that this year.
Further information can be found in the attached emails including links to take part in the survey.
Best wishes
Emma
