[Academic] 1st Year Physics Postgraduate Conference - Ross Priory - Wednesday 21st August 2019

Dear All

As you know the 1st Year Postgraduate Conference is taking place in Ross Priory on Wednesday 21st August.

Attendance is expected of all supervisors of students presenting at the Conference.  The Conference includes a buffet  lunch and high tea.

I  need to confirm the numbers for the bus, so please can you confirm if you require a space on the bus?  If you do, please can you also give me a note of your mobile number in case of any issues with the bus?

If you are  staying for the high tea?  please can you give me your selection from the attached menu and also let me know if you have any special dietary requirements.

I would be very grateful if you could confirm your attendance,  bus requirements and menu choice.
