[Academic] 2nd year Poster Presentations - 1pm on Thursday 22 August 2019

This is a reminder that the 2nd year poster presentations are taking place on Thursday at 1pm in JA5.05/5.07.

There will be sticky Loop and Hook spots available for hanging your posters.  Please only use what is necessary to hang your poster to ensure there is enough for everyone to use.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will also be provided.

FAO: ALL 2ND YEAR STUDENTS

Dear All

The poster  presentations will take place in JA5.05/5.07 between 1-4pm on Thursday 22nd August 2019.

The size of poster that the boards hold are A0 portrait size.  You can gain access to the room at 12.30pm in order to put your posters up.  There will be Velcro fasteners available in the room to hang your posters.  There is no set order for the posters to be displayed, so you are free to choose any board you wish.

There will be tea and coffee available from 1pm.

Please can you also remember to get your Titles and Abstracts to me by 15 August 2019.
