[Academic] JA Photocopier queue changes - teaching shared account

Hello,

A shared account for teaching use has been added to the photocopiers in JA 8.33.

For each item in the queue, you will now need to choose which account (teaching or your personal) to bill for your printing. Choose the > arrow beside each job to the right and in that screen press the pencil icon to the right of Account. There's the Teaching account on the left and your Personal account on the right.

This has been set up for academic, research and administrative staff in the Department.
