[Academic] PhD progress vivas & annual reports on SPIDER

For those of you supervising PhD students with upcoming progress vivas :

Please ensure that the supervisor section (part 2) of the student's 
annual progress report is completed before the student's viva. You 
should have been notified by SPIDER when your student submitted their 
section (part 1) of the report - in most cases this will have been done 
some time ago (~mid-August).
