As part of the Timetabling Operation Group, we are looking at the facilities of CPT rooms.  If you have any specific comments on any of the rooms your staff teach in (or received feedback from them - good or bad), could you include a note against the relevant room(s) detailed in the spreadsheet and return this to me.  The group will be collating responses from all 4 faculties.

Could you return this to me by no later than Monday 24th February.

Hi All,

Following discussion on Teaching Room Allocations at the last meeting of the Timetabling Operational Group, I attach a list of bookable rooms on the Central Timetabling system, with capacities.

There are three separate categories which are centrally bookable :

  *   ISD 'owned' Computer Labs /Video conference suites.
  *   Non Standard Spaces; non-teaching areas, external teaching venues, spaces not bookable by all or centrally bookable rooms not 'owned' by Timetabling/ISD.
  *   Standard teaching rooms.

These categories are indicated in the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet does not contain departmentally 'owned' teaching spaces on the Timetabling system. I have added a column for you to add your comments.
