[Academic] PH450: Viva Timetable Scheduling, Availability

To All Academic and Senior Research Staff,

The vivas for 4th Year Projects will be held during the exam period, 20th April to 22nd May 2020. The Viva Committee for each project consists of the Supervisor, Independent Marker, and Chair (the latter two to be assigned). There are 64 4th Year projects hence each Academic and Senior Researcher will examine roughly 3-6 theses (distributed taking into account projects supervised this year or previously for fairness).

I would appreciate it if all Academics and Senior Research Staff could inform me of their availability for the exam period by Friday 6th March so that I can start preparing a draft viva schedule to fit into each student's exam timetable.
