[Academic] Departmental Committee Meeting - change of room, now taking place in JA 3.25

The Departmental Committee Meeting will now take place today  in Room JA 3.25.  We are using this larger room as a social distancing precaution.

For staff who are unable to attend in person, or would prefer not to, there is an option to attend via Zoom, but only for the first 40 minutes (as the University's institutional account has not yet been rolled out).
