[Academic] Marks return

Dear All,

Audrey has posted the marks return sheets for 2nd semester modules to the relevant module's folder.

As Exam Marshal this year I have been discussing with Student Business a new way of getting the marks for the Final Year Exam Board back to the department from PEGASUS. As such the deadline for the return of Level 4 and Level 5 classes, including PH 9xx, classes is 20th May 2020. The deadline for return of Level 1, 2 and 3 marks to Audrey is 26th May 2020.

To assist the processing of marks into either Pass / Fail or mark depending on the percentage of continuous assessment we require that you return your marks in the format shown on the attached spreadsheet. Column H onwards should contain the percentage mark for each element of continuous assessment under taken by the students. For Levels 4 and 5 modules can you also please send an email to Audrey and cc Thorsten and me which gives the dates of when the continuous assessment was issued, when it was expected to be submitted and if any extensions (all students and individual students) were given. This will be needed to cover any adjustments to be made under personal circumstances or appeals.

The university has defined that the final mark for a module shall be returned to students through PEGASUS. Please make sure that the Class Total column in the Gradebook feature of Myplace is hidden from view.

Specific Modules

For the modules PH 181 to 184 and PH 281 to 284, please return all the component marks in percentage form as per the attached Sample sheet. Alison and I will then work out the final mark taking into account personal circumstances.

For modules PH 180, PH 185 and PH 280 please return the final mark

For PH 161, PH 167 return the individual components of continuous assessment

PH350 these marks have been processed already

PH 352 and PH 358 please return the marks associated with the alternate assessment and any course work where completed

PH 351, PH 355 please return the marks associated with each completed component of  continuous assessment

PH 452, PH 456, PH 459 please return the marks associated with each completed component of  continuous assessment

PH 457 please return the marks associated with the alternative assessment

PH 552, PH 553, PH 554, PH 557,  PH 558, PH 560, PH 562, PH 963 (and MSc modules that share module codes with PH 5 classes) please return the marks associated with each completed component of  continuous assessment.
