[Academic] Myplace accessibility

Dear All,

As discussed at the DC yesterday, could you please make sure that all of 
your teaching materials on Myplace are available to students over the 
summer period. This can be done using the Administration > Class 
administration > Edit settings tab on the LHS of the class Myplace window.
