[Academic] REF PGRs and spend

Dear All,

Just a quick reminder to get your PhD students through before the REF deadline of 31st July, so if you have students currently doing corrections please get them through quickly. This is probably our worst metric relative to other research-led institutions and will be reflected in our REF environment score.

Research grants should also be spent (which may be difficult, but if you have large items that you can buy and pay for please do).
