[Academic] PH952 assessment schedule, please check your allocation

Dear All

Here is my stab on the allocations for the MSc assessments. Please check 
and indicate in case it is not compatible with your commitments. As we 
shifted the 1st board in June a few days due to Covid and there has been 
2 day blanket extension for religious holidays, the time table is quite 
tight on return.

*Supervisors:* Please provide the supervisor mark to me till Aug 26th 
with an indication whether the report should be assessed as review 
article or research article and possibly any other relevant information 
needed for assessment, so that I can forward this information to 
markers. This is *before* the report deadline. (unless your guy has a 
significant extension)

Reports are expected to come in on Aug 28th 12.00 noon. I will 
distribute them then on the afternoon.

*Return of marks to chairs: *Thursday 3rd, 12.00 noon

*Forwarded of marks to me by chairs:* Friday 4th, 17.00 (pre-board meets 
on 8th!)

Please moderate marks if there is a greater than 10 marks spread. 
Briefly discuss amongst the markers to clarify major points of 
disagreement, ideally coming up with a consensus and a reassessed set of 
marks with a spread of 10 marks or fewer. If such a result cannot be 
achieved, then include a brief explanation in your report of the points 
of disagreement and the reason for the spread of marks.

There are no vivas. I attach the marking sheet
