[Academic] Erroneous emails sent yesterday from MyPlace

Dear all,

If you received an email yesterday  relating to “Students at risk” in classes on Myplace, you can ignore it.  I had the following response from Learning Technologies when I queried it:


"This is the result of a Moodle feature being enabled on the new 20/21 server. This functionality is not in current use and it is being disabled.

Please note that the insights offered through this feature are not meaningful at this stage and careful review of the feature will be undertaken before any potential future proposal for re-enabling.

Apologies for any inconvenience or alarm that these notifications may have caused."
