=========================================================================
The Library is re-opening to staff and students from Monday 24th August, although we would remind colleagues that the current guidance is to work/study from home and to continue to make use of our online resources where possible.
Please see the link below for full details of opening hours, changes to rules and service provision, and enhanced safety measures to ensure adherence to Scottish Government guidelines https://www.strath.ac.uk/coronavirus/returnandresume/managingthereturntocampus/#library
Some key details
* The Library Building will be open from 9am-5pm Mondays to Fridays only at this stage and access is limited to Strathclyde staff and students
* The Enquiries desk will be open from 10am-4pm (Enquiries by phone and email 9am-5pm)
* Face coverings are mandatory for users within the Library (other than for people who are exempt)
* We are opening the Library to support solo working. For the time being there are no group study facilities. Please continue to use collaboration tools (such as Zoom) for group working.
* The Click and Collect and Freepost Return services for print books are continuing at present
* Capacity in the Library is reduced and users may have to queue to access the Library
The Library video available via the above link provides additional information on the enhanced safety measures in place throughout the building.
Opening hours and service provision are being kept under review and we will be in touch as these change over the course of the semester.
