[Academic] PG conference and poster prizes - request for votes

Dear supervisors,

The number of votes cast so far for the best talks and poster are rather 
disappointing :

- 2 for best talk in room 1
- 2 for best talk in room 2
- 4 for best poster

We'll extend the deadline until noon tomorrow in order to hopefully get 
a few more responses.

The original email with links to the polls is attached. Votes can only 
be seen by Audrey and me. If you don't want to use the polls simply send 
an email with your nominations to Audrey.
