[Academic] PhD progress vivas & annual reports on SPIDER

Dear supervisors,

For those of you supervising PhD students with upcoming progress vivas :

Please ensure that the supervisor section (part 2) of the student's 
annual progress report is completed before the student's viva. 
Primary/1st supervisors should have been notified by SPIDER when the 
student submitted their section (part 1) of the report - in most cases 
this will have been done around the student submission deadline of 28th 
August.
