[Academic] MyPlace to open

Dear All,

The VD-Academic had a meeting recently with students. Students fed back 
that they would like to be able to see their Myplace classes as early as 
possible. Therefore if staff could open the first semester class pages 
as soon as possible that would be appreciated.
