[Academic] Year 2 PDA meetings

Hi Everyone,

Just a note that the PDA forms and upload are now also available for Year 2 students, who should contact you to arrange a meeting, and send you their filled out form beforehand. You 'sign' at the meeting and send back for the students to upload.
Please follow up with your PDA students (Pegasus=> Student Experience => Your Student Responsibilities, look for year 2 PDA students) if you don't hear anything from them. The message I sent Year 2 is below.

Dear Year 2 Physics Students,

There is a simple form that you need to fill out there, for discussion at a meeting with your PDA (email them the completed form before your meeting). It's also attached.
The form's mainly about knowing what support is available, should you need it, as well as some self-reflection on how things are going.
Ideally pro-actively arrange a Zoom meeting with your PDA, but they should be in contact with you otherwise.
In case you forgot who your PDA is, that information is on Pegasus.
After your meeting, your PDA will email your 'signed' form back to you, for you to upload in the obvious location on the PDP Year 2 page.
There is a 'deadline' of the end of this month, but it's best to deal with it quickly before it's forgotten.
