[Academic] Covid Protection Level 4 activity and restrictions

Dear All,

I've just received confirmation that, following additional justification 
provided over the weekend, our essential laboratory-based research 
activities have now been approved by the Executive Team to continue 
during Level 4 restrictions (subject to the risk assessments, monitoring 
and controls on occupancy etc., that are already in place).
