Dear All
As you will be aware all PhD students must now be paid for tutorial/demonstrating work that they have carried out.
If a student has carried out any tutorial/demonstrating work for you in the month of November please send me the details and the total hours worked and I will then organise the monthly payment for this. I would be grateful if you could forward this information to me by 4 pm Thursday 26th November at the latest. Owing to the festive break and, this year, the additional rest and recuperation days in the run-up to Christmas, the December pay date is much earlier than would normally be the case. This has a direct impact on the deadlines for payroll processing and means that the time available for submitting November claims is exceptionally tight.
Thanks.
Catherine
