Dear all,

The faculty has asked us to interview the graduating class in advance of
the NSS next term.

There is now a survey on the L4 and L5 PDA pages with questions in the
general areas, but not matching, the NSS survey (plus some extra
questions about COVID disruption). The students have been asked to
complete this before then getting in contact with their PDAs.

If you are a PDA for either a 4th year BSc or 5th year student, could
you get in contact with them next week, to a) remind them you exist, b)
remind them to complete the survey if they have not done so and c) offer
to discuss their responses if they want to talk about anything. You can
find your PDA responsibilities on pegasus under Student Experience ->
Your Student Responsibilities.

I will process the survey responses as they come in and circulate them
to you if you have a PDA role for those students.

The plan is to also ask the 4th year MPhys students to complete a
similar survey in consolidation week next term.

Regards

Ben
