Dear colleagues,

The Quality Assurance and Enhancement Team are undertaking a review of 
the University’s External Examiners’ policies, processes, and support 
documentation with the aim of improving the standards and service we 
provide to both internal and external colleagues. To aid us in this, we 
are looking to contact Strathclyde academics who currently or recently 
acted as an External Examiner at another university to ask for their 
assistance in sourcing examples of good practice. If you know of an 
academic in your Faculty / Department / School who might be able to 
assist us with this, could you please pass onto us their name and (if 
known) what institution(s) they are / have recently been an External 
Examiner for?

We appreciate your help at this busy time but if I could please ask that 
we receive a response on this by the end of Thursday (3rd Dec) so we can 
make progress on it, that would be greatly appreciated.
