Dear All,

I have enabled the waiting room on each meeting listed on the viva timetable. The Chair for each viva has also been made an alternate host. If the links do not work then please be prepared to generate a new kink for the viva team and student and circulate at short notice. I do not see any reason why the links will not work, but better to be safe than sorry.
