[Academic] PDA meetings

Dear All,

Please find attached a (self-explanatory) form that will be sent out to 
all students tomorrow to ask them to arrange a PDA meeting. Please 
ensure you arrange the Zoom meet with all of your PDA students for a 
chat *before the end of February*. If any do not respond by returning 
the completed form to you approaching the deadline (*Friday, 12th 
February*), please follow up with individual email reminders. If there 
is still no response, please inform their Advisor of Study (e.g. 
physics-adviser-yr4 at strath.ac.uk). We would like to gather information 
on any aspects of the lockdown that are causing problems for them and 
also any bits that are working well, as well as adressing any individual 
issues.
