Compendex, Inspec and GEOBASE - Your projects, dissertations and research
Tuesday 23rd February 12:-00-1:00

Compendex is the most comprehensive interdisciplinary engineering database in the world. Inspec is a leading bibliographic information database covering the fields of physics, electronics, computing, control engineering and information technology. All three databases are available via the Engineering Village database platform. GEOBASE is a multidisciplinary database for the earth sciences, ecology, geomechanics, human geography, physical geography, and oceanography. This session will cover:
· An overview of Compendex, Inspec and GEOBASE.
· Database features such as the thesaurus and autostemming
· More specialists aspects such as Engineering Research Profile and Inspec Analytics with the opportunity to join a separate session
