[Academic] Phone re-directs

Dear All,

If you are having an online continuous assessment, please consider 
having your Strathclyde telephone number re-directed to your personal 
home or mobile telephone number beforehand. Students can then contact 
you direcly via your Strathclyde number in the event of any 
upload/internet issues etc, they may experience during and/or after the 
assessment.

You can ask for the re-direct by emailing: denise.norris at strath.ac.uk

Please provide her with:

Assessment Date;

Required re-direct date(s) & times  (you may want to leave it redirected 
until your return to campus when you can ask for it to be cancelled);

Your name;

Your Office Extension;

Your personal phone number to which the transfer will be made.

We will put out a call for similar transfers for the Exams at a later 
date - Melanie will collate these and send all Physics requests in a 
single email.
