[Academic] Fwd: Marks Return Spreadsheets

Dear All,

There are a lot mark returns outstanding beyond the 5 working days for 
submission. It is important that these outstanding marks are returned 
ASAP. If there are problems, and your submission is late, please let 
Audrey know as requested in her original email below.

The Exam Board dates are:

Pre Board – 09:30 on 27 May,

Board – 10:00 on 4 June,

so we need exam marks submitted soon.

Thanks to those who have already returned marks.  Please can I remind 
everyone of their marks deadline.  Can I also please ask that you let me 
know when your marks have been uploaded to the Idrive.

Dear All

Just to let you know that the marks spreadsheets for your exams have 
been put in the relevant class folder on the idrive.

*Please can I ask that you do not alter the column headings as these are 
required to be the same to upload them to the exams return system.*

The total mark should be entered into the “mark” column. Only marks 
should be added to this column.

The “markcode” column is for marking the absent students in as “ABS”.

Please can you also complete the “Examination Mark Return Check Sheet” also.

Once complete, please upload to the “Marks Return” folder.

If your course is  continuous assessment, please contact me for the 
marks return.
