[Academic] SUPA courses in 21/22

SUPA have asked us to confirm our course provision in 2021/22.

The courses we provided in 20/21 were :

4. Plasma Physics (SUPAPPH), Adrian Cross, K Ronald, B Eliasson, D Diver
5. Experimental Atomic and Quantum Optics (SUPAEAQ),  Paul Griffin, 
Jonathan Prichard
6. Semi-quantum Theory of Atom Light Interactions (SUPASTA), Gian-Luca Oppo
7. Solid State Lasers (SUPASSL),  Alan Kemp
8. Quantum Technology – Theoretical Techniques (SUPAQTT) , John Jeffers 
and Andrew Daley
9. FPGA Programming for Physicists (SUPAFPP), Johannes Hernsdorf

Please let me know by the end of this week of :
- any course listed above which will *not* run in 21/22
- lecturer changes for any course listed above
- any courses which will be provided via SUPA in 21/22 which are not 
listed above

If your course is listed above and I do not hear from you by the end of 
this week, I will assume that the course will run again in 21/22 with 
the same lecturers.
