Dear All,

Following a recommendation by the IOP accreditation panel, I ask that
all teaching staff, including assistants and demonstrators, take the
University's Equality & Diversity
courses on 'Unconscious Bias', 'Micro Behaviours' and 'Disability
Awareness'. The courses are quite short - there's probably 2 hour's
worth of training in total. PGR students and researchers who teach are
also being asked to undertake this training.

The courses are available at this link
<https://strath.learnupon.com/users/sign_in>.

For your information, the full list of Equality & Diversity courses
