[Academic] PG poster session (Thursday afternoon, 2pm)

Attached are details of the format of tomorrow afternoon's Postgraduate 
poster session for 2nd year PhD students.

It will be a virtual poster session run via Gather.Town 
(www.gather.town), which was used for the last SUPA gathering. Attendees 
wander around virtual poster rooms (example attached), viewing posters 
and interacting with presenters.

A programme showing the location of each poster will be sent out shortly.

The session will start at 2pm and last for 2 hours.

Attendees  join the session via a link which I will distribute tomorrow.
