Dear All,

We have been asked by Faculty to provide teaching hours information for 
each module for Semester 1 by next Mon Sept 6th - please see below.

I have set up an online spreadsheet for module organisters to complete:

For example, I have entered the following for PH387 under the Year 3 tab:

Course title: 	PH387 Gases, Liquids and Thermodynamics
Activity 	No. hours over semester 1
Synchronous online activity 	25
Asynchronous online actvity 	10
On campus face to face activity 	5

from top to bottom:
25 - Hours of Zoom lectures (Synchronous) + 5 hours of Zoom tutorials (2 
x groups of students on-campus alternate weeks)
10 - Hours students spend looking at voice over powerpoint pre-recorded 
lectures (Asynchronous)
5 - face to face tutorials on campus (2 x groups of students on-campus 
alternate weeks)

Please complete it ASAP. I will send to Faculty on Monday morning.

Dear eFIRST group members (Catherine and Ian copying you in in Anne’s 
absence),

Debbie has been asked to provide further information to the eFIRST 
continuity group on the number or hours of online/on-campus activity our 
students will receive during both induction and semester 1 teaching 
delivery. To gather this information I have created the attached 
spreadsheets for each Dept. I would be grateful if you could complete 
the spreadsheet for your Department and return to me by close of play on 
Monday 6^th Sept. We are looking for info for both UG and PGT courses.

Apologies for this additional request at a time I know you are all very 
busy preparing for the semester.
