Subject: COP26 - COY16,

Hi Sandra and Debbie,

Further to discussion at the previous Timetabling Strategy Group regarding COP26 , it has been confirmed (barring a re-introduction of restrictions) that the Conference of Youth 16 event will take place in the Learning and Teaching Building, between Thursday 28th and Sunday 31st October 2021, with a set-up day on Wednesday 27th also required.
As you will be aware, this unfortunately will affect the Science room allocations for Semester 1.
The following rooms will not be available for Science teaching activity:

Friday 29th October 2021 : TL565, TL662

Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
