[Academic] Updated Covid Access Forms

Hi

Further to my email yesterday I asked that you complete updated COVID forms on the request of the Centre.

I am still waiting on clarification and until I receive this I would ask you to hold off completing these until they have confirmed exactly which forms need to be redone.

Yesterday, I didn't want to take the chance that the access forms would be rejected if incomplete however the Dean has signed off on the documents so I can work in the background with individuals to update what is needed.

For those of you who did send me updated forms yesterday your time was not wasted.  They have been filed should they need to be checked by the Dean or the Centre.
