Dear All,

Could those of you scheduled to teach in semester 2 please check the
attached provisional timetable very carefully to make sure that you have
the lecture/tutorial/lab slots that you require and that there are no
clashes that you are aware of.

Classes marked in light purple (and labs marked in green) are scheduled
to take place on campus in the rooms shown - note that we only have a
very limited capacity and that we need a two hour gap between classes
scheduled on campus and those online in order to allow students to
travel. Where two rooms are shown, the students need to be split between
the two rooms. For 3rd years the entire year will need to be split so
that half come in on alternate weeks as in last semester.

If you are planning to run your class entirely online and this is not
already shown in the timetable, please let me know as soon as possible.
This will allow me to free up the room and potentially reorganise some
classes so that where possible students have blocks of time on campus.
If you do not have a class on campus and would like one, please let me
know. Space is tight but I can see if there is anything I can do.

If there are any other changes you would like please let me know as soon
as possible, but please be aware that it may not be possible to
accommodate them due to the constraints imposed by our limited room
allocation.

There is a spreadsheet for teaching support here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Q2ZpZXNERSvFdl83zvv-oMNnSXq9SoAF6yE205q2RK8/edit?usp=sharing

*Semester 1 staff*, please can you update this to confirm who helped
with your tutorials/labs last semester so that I can try to make sure
that the load is spread as evenly as possible (e.g. just change the
names to red and/or add/delete people).
*Semester 2 staff*, please indicate how many support staff you need (in
addition to yourself) to cover the on campus learning.

It would be very helpful if you could do this *by the end of this week*
as we need to get the timetable onto the system next week.

Thanks very much.

Alison & John
