Dear All,

Happy New Year! I hope you all had a restful and enjoyable break.

For those of you teaching in semester 2, could you please check the
attached spreadsheet which details the tutorial support that I am aware
of for semester 2. In most cases these have been already agreed, but
please do confirm with your tutors and let John or I know if there are
any changes or if your support requirements are different to those shown.

Where possible we have timetabled tutorials on campus. Our allocated
rooms are: JA3.27, max capacity 32; JA5.07, max capacity 24; LT7.15, max
capacity 11. On campus classes, together with their rooms are shown on
the attached timetable in lilac. A copy of the the timetable, together
with separate year timetables, is also available on the Physics
Playground page. The timetable has not changed since the version that
was sent round in December, but please check that all your classes are
showing as they should.

CO2 monitors and facemasks are available in the photocopy room.
Visualizers (for hybrid teaching) are available in the SUPA room.

Thanks very much.

Best regards,

Alison
