[Academic] Semester 2 PDA meetings

Dear All,

Please could you arrange to have a short meeting with each of your PDA 
students individually by the end of this month. The main purpose of this 
meeting will be to check on their progress in semester 1 and identify if 
any support measures should be put in place. We particularly want to 
ensure that all students are engaging with the coursework as they 
should. We do not require any forms to be completed, but please let the 
year adviser know if you are unable to get a response from your student 
or if there are any issues that need further support:
