Hi Kirsten,
Sorry, only just found this in my gmail junk folder now. Can you get your address autocomplete fixed? (I'm going to lose something important).
There are a few things missing:
I'm the 3rd year degree coordinator (so similar rating to Carol's 4th year role).
I also teach PH550/PH956 as sole staff
PH450 supervisor x1
PH450 chair x1
PH450 independent marker x1
PH550 supervisor for half of S1 (Student withdrew on health grounds).
The NSS champion is under-rated (30 hours would be more realistic, and I'm also editing various MyPlace pages, including the Student-Staff stuff).
I also have some faculty duties:
FLEC committee, approx. which is about 20 hours (3 meetings per term + prep).
Complaint champion (2 hours this year, but can be more sometimes).
Regards
Ben

Subject: [Academic] Staff Workload - Academic Year 2021-22
Hi
Thanks to those of you who have completed and returned your forms. I am working my way through the updates and will email you your uptodate load form once completed.
For information you can find the workload model weightings for each activity on the i:drive as follows:
I:drive
Science
Physics
Academic
Staff Workload
The current version is called Workload Model Guidance Notes_Final 22Jun2020 Updating and the items in red are new additions and need approval from the working group. It does however provide you a lot of information and will hopefully answer some of the questions you may have. If you feel that anything is missing please let me know and I will add it to the list for discussion at the next meeting.
For those of you who have NOT completed your workload model for the current year (which is over half the staff), please complete and return to me as soon as possible.
Many thanks
Kirsten
