[Academic] UG Pre-Board

Dear All,

As you will be aware the UG Pre-Board is meeting this afternoon at 2 pm. This year we are running the Pre-Board in a different way from previous years as attendance is optional. If you are planning NOT to attend then can I ask

1) You notify either Carol (4th Year students) or Bernhard (5th year students) and cc Michaela if you are aware of any personal circumstances that may have affected a student’s performance. This is particularly important for students on the Mathematics and Physics degree as we do not have access to the Personal Circumstances report for these students.

2) You accept any recommendation made by the Pre-Board and do not raise any objections at the Board.

3) If you cannot attend owing to valid reasons please send your apologies to Michaela.The schedules for the Board with recommendations will be made available prior to the Board and please raise any concerns you have with either me, John Jeffers or Alison Yao.
