[Academic] CPM - Timescale for Dept Turnaround

Hi Everyone

This is a gentle reminder that the guidelines state that there is a five day departmental turnaround for checking CPMs.  I try to prioritise CPMS and provide feedback within one-two days but this is very dependent on other deadlines.  In order to ensure that this runs as smoothly as possible please allow yourselves the time to factor in the time we need to support this activity.

I will always try to accommodate last minute applications but it seems to be happening rather a lot and I suspect people have forgotten about the five day turnaround time factor.
