[Academic] Semester 2 timetable

[Physics Deputy Director of Teaching]

Dear All,

If you are teaching in semester 2, please could you check the attached 
timetable carefully to make sure that you have the teaching activities 
that you need timetabled. As you can see, there is not much space to 
move things around, but please let me know as soon as possible if you 
require any changes and I'll see what can be done.

Y1 & Y2 are almost identical to semester 1.
Y3 - changes w.r.t. semester 1 are indicated in bright yellow. Some of 
these are due to clashes for M&P students. If any of these proposed 
changes will not work, please let me know what would work and I will try 
to see if it can be changed. Note that I cannot move any core physics 
modules (PH384/6/7) to Tuesday or Thursday mornings.
Y4 & Y5 - please check that you have the correct number of 
lecture/tutorial slots.

If you have any special requirements for class tests etc that you have 
not already told me about, please also  let me know as soon as possible.
