That sense of community is what would appeal prospective students and so deserves to be highlighted.

Hello everyone,

On behalf of the teaching team, thank you for engaging with the PDA quiz we held yesterday. We had a really good turnout and a lot of fun!
Every lab snack box, photo, question, cake you bought and moment time you gave to the event will have been valued by the students who attended.

We'd like to pass on a very special thanks to Melanie Taylor, who stepped into the spotlight to ask the questions and did an excellent job. Also thank you to Gabrielle Weir for some tasty bakes and Rachel Reynolds and Jamie McLaughlin for running the bake sale really well.

It really was an example of the strong sense of community in the department and a wonderful way to involve students in it.
