[Academic] FW: CLA licence renewal - Non Credit Bearing Courses (NCB) Return

Dear All

The department has to submit details of any Non-Credit Bearing Activity.

Please find attached a form to be completed for any Non Credit Bearing Course Activity for the year 2022-23  (1st August 2022 - 31st July 2023).   The information gathered is collated for a return to the Copyright Licensing Authority (CLA) and is a mandatory return.

In order for me to coordinate the information and make a departmental return I would be grateful if you could complete the attached (or mark nil return) and email me by  Friday 7th July at the latest.

Guidance notes for completion are also attached.

I am contacting Heads of Department within all Faculties to request information about Non Credit Bearing Course Activity for their departments.
The information gathered is collated for a return to the Copyright Licensing Agency (CLA) and is required to ensure that the University is appropriately licensed for any photocopying or scanning.

We are required to provide the most up to date information available therefore I would be grateful if you could complete the attached form with information for the academic year 2022/23 and return it to me by 11th July.  Please submit NIL RETURN, if appropriate
