Morning all
A reminder that the Teaching Support 2023-24.xlsx<https://strath.sharepoint.com/:x:/r/sites/PHYS_Teaching/Shared%20Documents/General/PGR%20teaching%20support/Teaching%20Support%202023-24.xlsx?d=wb0290e1989d04eb492fae56e6f4285c4&csf=1&web=1&e=GnIIrD> spreadsheet has to be populated by Monday 21 August with your required teaching support so that this can be arranged and put in place for you.
Please note that Research Associates are the preferred option for these roles. If you have an RA in mind or already lined up we'd be very grateful if you could include this information. Any remaining positions will be advertised to PGR students, who have to undertake ~10 hours of (paid) training before they can help.
Best wishes
Jacqui

Subject: Teaching Support 2023-24
Dear All
Please see the Teaching Support 2023-24.xlsx<https://strath.sharepoint.com/:x:/r/sites/PHYS_Teaching/Shared%20Documents/General/PGR%20teaching%20support/Teaching%20Support%202023-24.xlsx?d=wb0290e1989d04eb492fae56e6f4285c4&csf=1&web=1&e=GnIIrD> spreadsheet in Teams regarding demonstrator tutorial/lab support for 2023-24. Could you please complete all sections with the support you require by Monday 21 August 2023.
We expect that most people will want to run "small group" tutorials (~30 people) with the module leader taking one of the groups. If you have different requirements due to the nature of your module please let us know.
Please note that Research Associates are the preferred option for these roles. If you have an RA in mind or already lined up we'd be very grateful if you could include this. Any remaining positions will be advertised to PhD students, who have to undertake ~10 hours of (paid) training before they can help.
Best wishes
Jacqui
